About Us (And By “Us,” I Mean... Me)

                                               
Hi! I know the title says “About Us,” but spoiler alert — it’s just me Daya, a one-woman, Black-owned business powered by snacks, nostalgia, and stickers.                                            

I’m an 80's baby with a soft spot for all things retro, especially stationery that makes you go “oooh!” and “I need that.” I started this little business because I wanted to make things that I personally love to use and gift — whether it’s a sticker that screams your vibe or a planner that actually makes you want to plan.

My art journey started thanks to my lovely ex-boss, Violeta, who encouraged (okay, encURAGED) me to get creative by designing daily specials boards at the restaurant where we worked. Seeing people smile at those doodles flipped a switch in me — turns out, I could make people happy with my art.

That little spark led me down the rabbit hole of the planner community (you all are magical), and from there, The Stationfairy was born. My dream? To keep spreading joy through my creations, and one day join the tiny house community so I can travel the world, get inspired by everything, and keep the ideas flowing — all from a cozy, pastel-colored mobile studio.
