Returns, Oh No! (But Don’t Worry, I Got You)
Sometimes things don’t work out — I totally get it. If you need to process a return, just send a note to me at TheStationFairy@gmail.com and I’ll help you get everything sorted with fairy-level care.
✨ Unless otherwise specified, return shipping is on you (sorry, fairy dust isn’t accepted by the post office... yet).
✨ Once you contact me, I’ll send you a return form and a pre-paid, pre-addressed label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Items marked All Sales Final, plus anything on sale are non-returnable. Special collections and limited collabs may also have their own policies — I’ll make it clear when that’s the case.
Oopsies + Whoopsies (aka Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)
Did something arrive damaged, totally wrong, or missing altogether? First off — I’m so sorry! Second, let’s fix it.
💌 Send an email to TheStationFairy@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your packing slip if something is wrong or missing. I’ll either send a replacement or give you a full refund — shipping included.
📮 If your order seems to have ghosted you (aka lost or stolen), please reach out to your local post office first. If this happens more than once, I may need to pause future orders until things get sorted — I gotta protect the magic!
